The GMTA Convention is where Georgia’s trucking leadership gathers, and 2024 will be no different. It will be a great event offering our attendees a unique and valuable experience to gather with your industry colleagues and learn from the experts.
REGISTRATION & BADGES
Your badge is your ticket to each event throughout the convention. Each person, even children attending the event with you must be registered.
CONVENTION ATTIRE
Events are Resort Casual, except the Wednesday Night Reception, which is Business Casual, a sport coat is requested for men.
MONDAY NIGHT WELCOME PARTY
Join us for this family-friendly casual evening and dinner as we kick things off and, as always, get ready for a few surprises and lots of fun!
GOLF OUTING
The Tuesday golf outing has become a favorite tradition for many attending convention. The Port Royal Golf Club serves as the backdrop of a day on the course with coworkers and customers.
TUESDAY NIGHT
Tuesday evening is reserved for you, your family, customers, colleagues, and friends. Spend time around the resort or around the island.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT RECEPTION
We will wrap up the convention with a wonderful evening together. This reception will have heavy hors-d'oeuvres to eat or leave you enough time for dinner later. Mix and mingle with old friends and new ones and enjoy the entertainment. This evening is reserved for our guests who are 13 and older.
The Westin on Hilton Head is an oceanfront resort that is ready to welcome GMTA members to a new experience on the island that has been host to the GMTA convention for many years.
Take in the scenic ocean, resort, and island views in newly renovated rooms and suites inspired by the serene, coastal landscapes surrounding the island.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Rooms begin at $335 per night.
Once you complete your convention registration, a link to our booking site will be emailed to you from GMTA.
Reservations made without completing registration and payment for the convention will be subject to cancelation.
