A 36-year Law Enforcement veteran with experience in supervision and conducting roadside inspections in commercial vehicle enforcement.

As an SVP in the Equipment Finance line of business at PNC Bank, I support commercial clients and Relationship Managers in the Greater Georgia and Alabama market. My goal is to help commercial clients acquire business critical equipment using solutions aligned with their unique business strategy. I have worked for Hewlett-Packard, GE Capital, Wells Fargo and now PNC Bank in roles that encompass underwriting, business development, and relationship management. Having spent over twelve years in consultative sales for Fortune 100 companies, my greatest satisfaction comes from building relationships and helping clients obtain the capital needed to grow their business and realize their full potential.

With more than 26 years of experience in logistics and a deep-rooted connection to the agricultural industry, Lem Goodpasture serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Southern AG Holdings. Hailing from the heart of South Georgia, Lem’s extensive career is built on a foundation of strong relationships, strategic planning, and visionary leadership.

He graduated from Kennesaw State University and holds an MBA in Logistics from the University of Denver. Lem currently serves on the boards of the Albany-Dougherty Economic Development Commission and the Georgia Trucking Association, where he continues to support growth and innovation within the logistics and transportation sectors.

Under Lem’s direction, Southern AG Holdings has thrived, leveraging his expertise in navigating complex logistical challenges and driving long-term growth. His strategic approach to operations, combined with a deep understanding of the agricultural sector, has been instrumental in fostering the company’s success.

He and his wife, Dona Lyn, have two daughters.

Pat specializes in trucking insurance coverage tailored specifically for the unique risks and needs of the transportation industry. He has over 30 years of experience dealing with the complexities of transporting goods, operating large commercial vehicles, and dealing with specific regulatory requirements. Pat is uniquely qualified to build customized risk management plans for all types of trucking operations.
